1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any SkillStore product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. SkillStore is operated by SkillStore ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Products and Services

SkillStore sells digital skill packages designed for use with Claude Code. Our products are delivered electronically as downloadable content activated through license keys.

  • •Skill packages contain structured prompts, workflows, and reference materials in Markdown format.
  • •Bundles are collections of multiple skill packages offered at a discounted price.
  • •Products require the SkillStore CLI tool (free, open-source) for installation and activation.

3. License Terms

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased skill packages.

  • •Each license key may be activated on a maximum of 3 devices. This limit is enforced automatically.
  • •License keys are for personal or team use within your organization. You may not resell, redistribute, or share license keys publicly.
  • •Once installed, skills remain functional on your device indefinitely, even after a license expires. License expiration only prevents downloading new versions.

4. Payment and Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.

  • •Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.
  • •Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • •You will receive an email confirmation with your license key after successful payment.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for purchases where the license key has not been used to download the package. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • •All skill packages, content, and materials are the intellectual property of SkillStore and are protected by copyright laws.
  • •You may use purchased skills in your projects and workflows without restriction.
  • •You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the skill package files or their contents.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • ✗Share, resell, or distribute license keys or downloaded skill packages.
  • ✗Attempt to bypass license validation, activation limits, or download restrictions.
  • ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying logic of the SkillStore CLI or license system.
  • ✗Use our products in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

SkillStore products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke license keys and terminate access if these terms are violated, including but not limited to unauthorized redistribution or circumvention of license restrictions. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

10. Third-Party Disclaimer

SkillStore is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC (the maker of Claude and Claude Code). Claude Code is a trademark of Anthropic. Our skill packages are designed to work with Claude Code but are independently developed and maintained.

11. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use SkillStore products. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SkillStore harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of our products, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Privacy

Your use of SkillStore is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
