Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a SkillStore package doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been used to download the package.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- ✓The refund is requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- ✓The license key has not been used to download the package. Our system automatically tracks download status per license key.
- ✓No other refund has been processed for the same account within the last 30 days.
What Happens When You Refund
- 1.Your license key is revoked immediately. You will no longer be able to download or use the package.
- 2.A full refund is issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
Non-Refundable Situations
- ✗The license key has already been used to download the package.
- ✗More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
- ✗A refund has already been processed for the same account within the last 30 days.
Fair Use Limit
To prevent abuse, each account is limited to 1 refund per 30-day period. If you have already received a refund within the last 30 days, you will need to wait before requesting another one. This policy helps us keep prices fair for all customers.
How to Request a Refund
You have three options:
1. From your license email
Click the refund link included in your license delivery email. It will take you directly to the refund page with your license key pre-filled.
2. Self-service
Visit the refund page and enter your license key. The system will automatically check eligibility and process the refund.
3. Email support
Send an email to support@skillstore.space with your license key and order details. We will respond within 48 hours.
